Latest Construction Updates – Stages 1 & 2

We are pleased to confirm that internal civil construction works for Stages 1 and 2 of Atkinson Place Estate are now complete. The only remaining external work is the construction of the sewer pump station (SPS), which is ongoing in the background. This will not impact the issuance of the Council’s Statement of Compliance (SOC) or title registration.

The SPS will continue to progress while internal works move forward through the final stages of compliance. Road and drainage construction has reached the milestone of Council Practical Completion, with the contractor now coordinating with the sewer, water, and electrical authorities to finalise testing and audits. These are necessary to ensure all works meet the requirements of the relevant authorities. Once all testing and audits are completed and approved, SOC will be issued.

All required internal services—including water, drainage, sewer, electricity, gas, and NBN—have been constructed and installed to each individual lot in preparation for future home builds. In addition, all hardstand landscaping works, including footpaths, driveway crossovers, and street lighting, have been completed.

We anticipate that Stages 1 and 2 will reach full completion, including the final authority approval period, within Q2 of 2025. On this basis, settlements are expected very soon to occur in Q2 of 2025.

This timeline is based on the current progress and our best assessment. However, final compliance and auditing are managed by Council and other authorities, and delays beyond the developer’s control may occur.
